And In Re : Haren Ghosh ...... petitioner Mr. Partha Sarathi Das ....for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Aninda Sundar Chatterjee ....for the State Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police case dated February 9, 2016 and considering the gravity of the offence and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 244 of 2023 is dismissed.
