Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner deposited the entire amount from disclosed sources. The petitioner was falsely implicated.

Co-accuseds were denied anticipatory bail on two several occasions.

There is a detailed order dated August 1, 2022 passed in CRM (DB) 2318 of 2022 refusing anticipatory bail to one of the coaccuseds. Serious allegations of defalcation of funds are involved. Complicity of the petitioner in the incident cannot be overlooked.

The police filed charge sheet.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 246 of 2023 is dismissed.
