Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated due to village rivalry. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary including the injury report and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure names the petitioner as one of the assailants. Considering the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and considering the injury report and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 335 of 2022 is rejected.
