1. We have heard the learned advocates for either of the parties.

2. The learned advocate for the petitioner accepts that after the direction the respondents passed an order but according to them it is not in strict compliance to the direction issued in the writ petition.

3. However, such a plea can be raised only when a challenge is made to the order passed by the authority.

4. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the authority before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
