Perused the case diary.

In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the victim recorded before the learned Magistrate which clearly states that the present petitioner and another co-accused raped the victim, recorded it in the mobile phone and made it viral over social media, I do not think that this is a fit case for quashing of proceeding.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
