Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya learned advocates in due course. The revisional application is taken up for hearing. None is appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that the matter is pending since 2010.

No affidavit of service has been filed on behalf of the petitioner till date in compliance with the order 6.1.2010. On careful perusal of the proceeding order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia, I do not find any illegality or irregularity in the order itself. Thus, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
