With regard to the complaint case which is pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalbagh, Murshidabad being CR Case No. 431 of 2021 dated July 30, 2021, the same shall be decided in accordance with law by the said Magistrate. This court does not express any opinion with regard to the merits of the said complaint case. On the report filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police and Officer-in-Charge, Raninagar Police Station, it appears that the police authorities are ready to assist the petitioner and her family members when they return to their residence at the village house under the jurisdiction of Raninagar Police Station. The said report is taken on record.

The other issues which are pending, shall be proceed in accordance with law.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the petitioner and

the family members of the petitioner who wish to return to their village house, to approach the Officerin-Charge, Raninagar Police Station on July 28, 2022, at 11 am. The police authorities shall provide adequate assistance to the petitioner and her family members so that they can safely enter their residence, at the village.

A vigil shall be kept, in order to ensure that peace and tranquility is maintained.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
