Under such circumstances, we directed to serve administrative notice upon the appellant. The department has reported that the administrative notice has been returned with the postal remark "Left".

It appears that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
