Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that since the police filed charge-sheet custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is a member of a group of persons who snatched money belonging to a bank. He highlights the fact that the petitioner is named by pre occurrence witnesses apart from coaccused. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 338 of 2022 is rejected.
