1. Petitioner is in custody for 197 days. He submits there was an intimate relationship between the parties. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a mentally challenged girl.

4. Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and the nature of crime we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
