I direct the District Inspector of Schools to call a meeting with the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date and after hearing the parties, pass a reasoned and speaking order and to serve the said order upon the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
