We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioners in the assault. Injury report shows grievous injury and hospitalization. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
