Since the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No.124 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties.

The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. This Court is informed that the case under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act is pending since 2021 and evidence of the petitioner has commenced.

In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him, without granting any unnecessary

adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application being CRR 280 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
