Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, considering the tenure of detention of the petitioner, bail may be granted.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

Considering that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
