Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the incident arose out of property disputes.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victim and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The injury report of the victim suggests that the injured suffered grievous hurt. The injured implicates all the petitioners as persons who assaulted him.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 251 of 2023 is dismissed.
