Maitra, learned Senior Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 8 to 11, takes a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the writ petition as well as suppression of material facts.

Government Pleader, submits a report, which reflects that charge-sheet has been submitted on or about October, 2023 before the learned jurisdictional court.

Having considered the prayer with which the petitioner has approached this court and the subsequent changes in the stage of the case, I am of the opinion that, at this stage, there is no scope of this Court to interfere in respect of the prayer(s) so advanced.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to advance his prayer before the learned jurisdictional court in seisin of the matter, in case, he is aggrieved by any part of the investigation.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1155 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Let a copy of the

report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
