Counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that the order in question has been complied with and "A" Category Pay Scale together with interest at the rate of 7% on the arrears has been paid to the petitioner. 3.

A receipt by the petitioner on the calculation sheet of the respondents and the Treasury Challan produced by the Counsel for the alleged contemnors are kept with the record.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application. The instant contempt application shall stand disposed of. 5.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
