1. By way of filing this writ petition the petitioner seeks for implementation of the order passed by the District Magistrate & Collector, Murshidabad dated 15.5.2023.

2. The learned advocate appearing for the intervenor/Kabir Enterprise submitted that they have challenged the said order before this Court in WPA(P) 2300 of 2024 and the matter is pending.

In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the writ petitioner herein to intervene in WPA 2300 of 2024 by filing an appropriate application.
