Petitioners complain that they are senior citizens and are being harassed by the private respondents who happen to be their relations. Since the issue complained of is an inhouse problem and the petitioner happens to be a senior citizen, I direct the Officer-in-Charge, Netaji Nagar Police Station to depute a lady police personnel who, for the next 15 days would visit the address of the petitioner no. 1 every alternate day for the next 15 days.

Within the aforesaid period, petitioner/petitioners would approach the appropriate authorities under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Citizens Act, 2007.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1163 of 2024 is disposed of.

Leave is granted to the advocate on record of the petitioner to amend the address indicated in the cause title.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
