The petitioner prays for making payment of full house rent allowance and there is a divorce case against his wife which is pending in court of law. Therefore, he is entitled to get full house rent allowance.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioner has not approached the Dsitrict Inspector of Schools in this regard and he may approach the said officer by filing one representation.

Considering the submissions of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file one representation to the

District Inspector of Schools and the District Inspector of Schools shall consider the same within a period of eight weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter.

With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
