In the decree passed in connection with the present appeal, the name of the principal defendant, Smt. Sabita Dutta alias Saba Haque, was erroneously omitted.

On the other hand, the names of the proforma respondents were captioned with the expression ".... proforma respondent/defendant" whereas it should have been the reverse.

Accordingly, the decree passed in the appeal be corrected to the effect that the name of Smt. Sabita Dutta alias Saba Haque, with her address and other particulars, shall be incorporated as defendant/respondent no.3.

The caption of the proforma respondents shall be mentioned as "defendants/proforma respondents".

Let such consequential corrections be effected to the decree by the Department in the light of the above observations.
