In the order dated 28.01.2025, the second 17.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.1 Rakib page refers to "Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Suburban Division, Kolkata Police" the same may be corrected and read as "Deputy Commissioner of Police, North and North Suburban Division, Kolkata Police".

Inadvertently wherever in the said order it has been referred as "Investigating Offer", the same should be read as "Investigating Officer".

This may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 28.01.2025.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections in the original order.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
