1. The petitioner was granted interim bail on February 18, 2025 on the touchstone of Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner says that the trial Court is still vacant. Therefore, we see that there is no certainty as to when the trial will end.

3. Learned State advocate says that in spite of repeated requests having been made to Investigating Officer of this case, no status report has been made available to him.

4. We do not find that there is any adverse report as regards the petitioner's compliance with the conditions of bail.

5. In the facts and circumstances aforestated, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail on the same terms and conditions on which the interim bail was granted and we do so.

6. The application for bail is, thus, disposed of.

7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
