The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the complaint made to the Officer-in-Charge, Parnasree Police Station dated 09.01.2025 has not been acted upon.

The State has submitted a report which reflects that Parnasree P.S. Case No. 29 dated 11.01.2025 is registered for investigation under Section 316(2)/61(2) of BNS.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the Section which has been incorporated in the FIR and/or the steps taken by the investigating agency.

The petitioner would file appropriate application before the jurisdictional Court in seisin of the aforesaid criminal case for remedial measure both for additional sections and for search warrant and for recovery of the vehicle.

The learned Magistrate in seisin of the matter will judicially apply his mind in respect of the applications preferred by the petitioner. Needless to say that this

Court has not gone into the merits as the said applications are yet to be filed before the jurisdictional Court.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition being WPA 1371 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
