The petitioner is a participant in the NEET-UG of 2025. 3.

The petitioner is aggrieved that she has not been allotted a seat in the MBBS course.

Ms. Ghosh appearing for the respondent No.3 and Mr. Roy appearing for the respondent No.7 submit that the petitioners had not taken part in any of the counseling rounds. Thus, the question of the petitioner being allotted a seat does not arise.

Mr. Chowdhury appearing for the petitioners is unable to show any document or make any submission in respect of the petitioner's participation in the counseling rounds to augment the pleadings and the documents in the petition.

6. In view of the aforestated, it is quite clear that the petitioner had not participated in the counseling rounds and her prayer cannot be allowed at this stage. 7.

Thus, the writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.

8. Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.

9. There shall be no order as to costs.
