Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. 10 sacks containing 300 bottles of phensedyl syrup each i.e. 3,000 bottles of phensedyl syrup were recovered from a vehicle. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
