Perused the materials on record and the case diary produced by the learned counsel for the State. It is seen that Baguiati Police Station case No.454 of 2016 has ended in final report as mistake of law and fact vide No.289/2020 dated 10.07.2020.

That being the position the present revisional application is not maintainable and thus infractuous and accordingly disposed of.

No order as to costs.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stand vacated.

Letter copy of this order be sent to the trial court for necessary compliance.
