1. Learned counsel appearing for all of the parties submit that the parties have arrived at a settlement. The terms of such

compromise are recorded in paragraph no. 5 of CAN 2 of 2026 and its sub-paragraphs.

2. Accordingly, FMA No. 508 of 2026 is disposed of along with CAN 2 of 2026, in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties as recorded in paragraph no. 5 and its subparagraphs of CAN 2 of 2026.

3. Let the said terms be deemed to be a part of this order.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent certified copies of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties at an early date.
