De facto complainant recorded a statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code where she, not only implicates her husband but also the petitioners before us. Considering the contents of such statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code notwithstanding the fact that the police filed charge sheet, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 174 of 2024 is dismissed.
