Petitioner is in custody for 172 days. It is contended she has been falsely implicated in the instant case. She prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Dying declaration of the victim has implicated the petitioner along with others in the incident.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
