1. Regard being had to the similitude of the impugned orders and questions involved, on the

joint request of the parties matters were analogously taken up.

2. During the course of hearing, learned Advocate General for the appellants in MAT 79 of 2026 and MAT 69 of 2026 and Shri Sen, learned counsel for the appellant in MAT 81 of 2026 seek to withdraw these appeals with the liberty to file appropriate applications seeking modification/correction/ annulment of impugned orders dated 14th January, 2026 and 16th January, 2026, before the learned Single Judge in pending matter. It is prayed that learned Single Judge may be requested to decide the said applications expeditiously.

3. The other side has no objection to this innocuous prayer.

4. Accordingly, these intra-court appeals are permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.

5. This court has no doubt that if such applications are filed and it is mentioned to take up these applications expeditiously, learned Single Judge will consider the same in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid observation and without expressing any opinion on merits, these intracourt appeals are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

7. Accordingly, the pending applications are also dismissed.

8. Interim order (if any) shall stand vacated.

9. No order as to costs.
