The representation relates to a deed of 1989 and for obtaining a certified copy of the said deed.

The answering respondent is represented.

WPA 1214 of 2023 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 3 to dispose of the representation by way of a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner within a period of three weeks from date. A copy of the reasoned order should be made available to the petitioner within four weeks from date.
