Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for a considerable period of time and she has been implicated as she happens to be the mother-in-law of one Nigerian who is the principal accused of the case. Learned advocate for the NCB draws the attention of the Court to the relevant materials collected by the investigating agency. I have taken into account the parcels which were seized and I find that there is history regarding the petitioner allowing her address to be used for collection of contraband. The delay in the present case is because of other cases of some of the co-accused which are pending at Delhi.

Having regard to the totality of the circumstances, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 143 of 2026 is dismissed.
