Since in Title Appeal No.14 of 2025 a stay order has been passed by the learned District Judge, Paschim Medinipur against the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kharagpur and the said order has been extended from time to time, at present, without the direction of the civil court being the appeal court presently, the police authorities will not be able to act. Consequently, the petitioner, if so advised, would approach the learned District Judge, Paschim Medinipur for taking appropriate steps before the appeal court in Title Appeal No.14 of 2025.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1386 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
