The police authorities have submitted a report after conducting an exhaustive enquiry. I find in Annexure-B1 that one Maroon Developers Pvt. Ltd. on humanitarian grounds allowed the respondent no.4 herein to sit in the market for temporary fish business. In view of such a document being available with the report of the police authorities, I am of the opinion that the prayers so sought for in the present writ petition by the petitioners do not call for any interference by this Court.

The petitioners would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional courts for appropriate reliefs.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 1259 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
