Mr. Rudranil De...............for appellants The second appeal tender is of year 2014. It has been listed to be moved for admission. Mr. De, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellants. He submits, his clients were plaintiffs in the trial Court. We drew his attention to provision in section 102 in the Code of Civil Procedure. Mr. De submitted in fairness that his clients be given liberty to seek such remedy as may be permissible in law.

The second appeal is not maintainable as hit by section 102 since the claim in suit was for money of Rs. 5916.50. The appeal is dismissed. Appellants are at liberty to find their remedy in law.
