Mr. Baidya appears for the petitioner and states that the writ petition was preferred to defreeze his savings bank account, which has since become operational. The writ petition has become infructuous. He produces a written instruction to such effect dated November 3, 2025 from his client. Let the written instruction be kept on record. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
