... for the UOI It is submitted by Mr. Biswas appearing on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner's case has been considered by the respondent no. 4 and rejected by an order dated 24th January, 2022. The said rejection order has been communicated by the respondent no. 5 by the letter dated 1st February, 2022. In view of such rejection, the petitioner says that a fresh cause of action has arisen and as such, the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is, therefor, dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner is granted liberty to file a writ petition if so, advised challenging the order of rejection dated 24th January, 2022 taking all the points in the instant writ petition as may be permissible, if so, necessary (Arindam Mukherjee, J.)
