The grievance of the petitioner is that the injunction order passed by the civil court is not implemented and there is no assistance of the police authorities. This Court while exercising its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not supposed to supervise the directions and orders passed by the civil court.

Petitioners would be at liberty to approach the appropriate civil court for invoking the statutory provisions to implement the order so passed.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition being WPA 1471 of 2021 is disposed of.

Connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court, Calcutta.
