Case No.1031 dated 30th December, 2021, against the private respondents.

Learned counsel for the State produces the instruction of Domjur Police Station dated 27th January, 2022. Let the said report bearing instructions be kept with the record. It appears that in respect of the said F.I.R., investigation has been completed and the charge-sheet no.20/22 dated 26th January, 2022 under Section 341/ 323/ 506 of the Indian Penal Code has been filed. In view of the above, the Court does not find any inaction on the part of the Domjur Police Station.

The writ petition is disposed of without any order. Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
