1. By way of filing this writ petition the petitioner alleges that his representation regarding misappropriation of public fund by the private respondent has not been considered.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submitted that the concerned authorities were requested to take back the salary which was credited to his bank account to the government account since the private respondent is at present functioning as Pradhan and till date the head of the account has not been given for remitting back the said amount to the government.

3. Learned government counsel submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been taken into consideration and the authorities are taking appropriate action and the writ petitioner will be informed about the action which has been initiated by

the Department within two weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
