Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to proceed with the present revisional application which was filed in connection with Berhampore Police Station Case No. 1369 of 2021.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application to Ms. Ratna Ghosh, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

Having considered the submissions advanced by the petitioner, CRR 174 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
