It is submitted there is slow progress in the matter. She renews her prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State submits delay is due to nonattendance of co-accused who is on bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the survivor and other materials show involvement of the petitioner in the offence of trafficking. Delay in the matter is due to nonappearance of co-accused who is on bail. He has hindered commitment of the case.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
