1. Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that though this Court had permitted the petitioners by its order dated 20th January, 2025, to file affidavit-in-chief of the defendant no. 4 within a period of 14 days the same has been incorrectly recorded in Paragraph 5 of the aforesaid order at page 3, 5th line, as "ten days".

2. Mr. Saha Roy, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties acknowledges such fact. Having regard thereto, let the period for the defendant no. 4 to file affidavit-in-chief as recorded in the order dated 20th January, 2025 appearing in Paragraph 5, Page 3, 5th line be corrected from "ten days" to "14 days".

3. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 20th January, 2025. The other portions of the order remains unchanged.

4. Liberty is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioners to communicate the aforesaid order to the learned Court.

5. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
