Representation seeking payment is pending consideration before the Pradhan of the Sonajuri Gram Panchayat.

Without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Pradhan of the Sonajuri Gram Panchayat - the seventh respondent herein - to take into consideration the representation dated January 7, 2022 filed by the petitioner (Annexure P4, p.27) in accordance with law, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representative for production of documents in support of its claim at the earliest, but positively within sixteen weeks from the date of communication of this order. If any amount is found due and payable in terms of the representation, the same shall be disbursed in favour of the petitioner at the earliest.

The writ petition is disposed of.
