Mr. A. A. Chakraborty Ms. Sreetama Neogi .... for the petitioner Ms. Neogi, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that the dispute raised in this writ petition arises out of a commercial transaction. Therefore, he submits that the appropriate action should have been initiated before the competent Commercial Court.

Accordingly, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. The written instruction produced by Ms. Neogi is taken on record.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances.
