None appeared for the parties.

On the last occasion, this Court had directed the learned advocate for the appellant to serve notice upon the respondents intimating the next date of hearing and file affidavit of service to that effect on the returnable date. However, the order dated 15.07.2024 passed by this Court has not been complied with. It appears that the appellant is not willing to proceed with the hearing of the instant appeal and as such the same is dismissed for default.

Accordingly, the application stands also dismissed for default.

Interim order if any stands vacated.
