None appears on behalf of the respondents despite service of notice.

Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. The writ petitioner had applied for copy of 7(AA) petition form after passing of an order dated 30th September, 1994 by the office of the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer. He was asked to obtain certified copy thereof. The petitioner requested for the amounts of court fees required for obtaining the certified copy, which has been declined. In that view of the matter, the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Pandua, Hooghly shall communicate the petitioner the amount of court fees payable for the certified copy of the documents sought within seven days from the receipt of a copy of this order positively.

Upon receipt of court fees, the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Pandua, Hooghly shall furnish certified copy to the petitioner within fifteen days thereof.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
