Anju Begam, Pradhan of Eroali Gram Panchayat has filed an affidavit before this Court wherein it has been mentioned that the construction complained of by the petitioner is an unauthorized one. The Prodhan has forwarded all the documents to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kandi, Murshidabad to take consequential steps in the matter.

As it appears that the order passed by this Court has been substantially complied with, though at a delayed date, the Court after accepting the apology by Prodhan intends to dispose of the contempt application. It will be open for the petitioner to pursue the matter with the Sub-Divisional Officer before whom the matter is presently pending.

There is no need to pass any further order in the contempt application. The contempt application stands disposed of.

The Rule stands discharged.
