From the report it is seen that the report has been filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Bishnupur Police Station on 11.05.2018 stating that the appellant Jaydev Shaw @ Shyama Charan @ Shyamal Sardar, s/o late Satish Sardar had expired on 15.12.2006. Photocopy of the death certificate is also annexed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Bishnupur Police Station along with the report.

As the appellant has already died, so the instant appeal stands abated against him.
